Module 1

Sound Bath Basics— our best learnings. What distinguishes a great sound bath from a mediocre one? We'll break it down. We'll give you the inside tricks to making sure people always have a good experience.

Module 2

Music Theory review— we will break down basic concepts, and create space for questions. What's a key? What's a note? What is the physics of sound? A bit welcome to all confusion— this is a safe space to learn ❤️

Module 3

How to choose, play and sequence your instruments. This class is critical for understanding how to create an effective sound bath set. You'll get a deep dive on each instrument we use.

Module 4

Take your sound bath to the community. Learn how to find venues, how to market yourself and how to amplify your instruments. We'll share tips, tricks & best practices!

Simona Marie Asinovski

"I come from a culture of anxiety—I struggle with it myself, and I'm determined to overcome it. I believe that everyone can learn to experience more peace, clarity and insight through meditation.

I stumbled upon sound meditation in 2011, and have been hooked ever since. What started as a regular practice of listening to sound baths has morphed into a daily meditation practice.

My favorite instrument is the monolina. I'm also a music producer and love using those skills to create delightful, layered sound baths."

"I've been involved in sharing the healing power of these instruments for over 15 years. For me, music has always had a healing component to it. It was when I first heard the sounds of the gong and Tibetan bowls. That's when it all locked in.

I believe that through the power of these sounds, we all have the ability to tap into our subconscious mind and heal some of these dormant pathways, and help facilitate the opening of the heart.

Sarah Glass

Sarah, our vocalist for "The Sound Healing Symphony" began classical piano at age 3, spending her first many years focused entirely on ear training.

She now plays harp, percussion, guitar, voice, and more. She is also a live audio engineer and producer!

Sarah is the founder of her own private virtual music school, created to help people of all ages (infants to elders) express themselves freely through music.

She simplifies music theory concepts better than anyone we know— and supports you as you learn!
