We're gathering 'The Sound Healing Symphony' at Grace Cathedral so that over 1,000 of us can drop into a space of stillness and ease— together.
During the experience, most people lay down, like they are receiving a sonic massage. There will be seated spots available as well!

Our symphony is conducted by Guy Douglas, and features an array of amazing & talented musicians on gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flutes, Didgeridoo, Celtic Harp, Monochord, Vibraphone and so much more —
