The Sound Healing Symphony brings together a large ensemble of the West Coastâs leading meditative musicians for a live, immersive sound experience designed to support deep meditation and nervous system regulation.
Nearly 1,000 people will gather inside the cathedral and drop into stillness together â held by waves of sound that make meditation feel effortless.
Most guests choose to lie down and receive the music like a sonic massage, though seated options will be available as well.

One Laying Down Experience
This is a ticket to lay down during the experience. Please arrive as early as possible, 7 if possible. Doors are closed at 8pm. Bring a yoga mat (and a blanket is recommended)! Tickets are non-refundable, but you can re-sell them.

One Seated Experience (Pews)
This is a ticket to sit up during the experience, in the pews. This is right in front of the stage! Please arrive between 7:20 & 7:40. Doors are closed at 8pm. Tickets are non-refundable, but you can re-sell them.

Benefactor Spot (Front Row)
Benefactor tickets get you a set-up spot right in the very front row, in front of the Symphony, with a soft yoga mat, blanket, pillow and eye mask. Benefactors support the work of Sound Meditation and help us spread this practice all over! If you are sensitive to sound, let us know so we can place you anywhere you like. You can skip the line. Please try to arrive between 7:20 & 7:45.
