About the Event
San Francisco's favorite gathering is back. We're coming together at Grace Cathedral so 1,000 of us can drop into a space of stillness and ease— together.
During the experience, most people lay down, like they are receiving a sonic massage. There will be seated spots available as well!
We have a surprise planned for the end of this one.
Arrive between 7 & 7:30 to get comfortable and connect.
Our symphony is conducted by Guy Douglas, and features an array of amazing & talented musicians on gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flutes, Didgeridoo, Celtic Harp, Monochord, Vibraphone and so much more —
