Come lay down, let your nervous system relax, and let your mind travel far beyond. Walk away with a deep feeling of spaciousness!
This is a blend of a museum night & a sound bath. You are welcome to arrive at 7pm to explore all the exhibits at the museum, and we start the sound at 7:30.
All guests are encouraged to lay down for the sound bath. Wear warm and comfortable clothing. Bring a bottle of water because that’s always a good idea.
We ask that you bring:
~ A yoga mat
~ Blanket
