You're invited to an intimate evening of breathwork and sound healing led by Guy Douglas at LA Dance Fit Studio. Join a supportive community from 6:00 to 7:30 PM to explore powerful techniques that release stress and foster renewal.
We'll begin with an intentional 18-minute breathwork session, guiding you inward to gently release built-up tension and enhance self-awareness. Next, we'll embrace a moment of profound release with a primal scream into The Gong—allowing pent-up emotions to dissolve through sound and vibration.
Following this cathartic release, you'll effortlessly relax into a soothing sound bath featuring Tibetan bowls, rain sticks, ocean drums, and gentle chimes. Allow these calming sounds to envelop you, deeply nurturing your nervous system and restoring inner harmony.
