We begin with a guided breathwork session, using intentional breathing to move stuck energy and shift emotional tension. As your body softens and your breath deepens, you'll be immersed in a live soundscape of gongs, bowls, and harmonic instruments led by Guy Douglas, carrying you into deep rest, reflection, and resonance.
