About the Event
This event is designed to help you release what’s stuck—emotionally, mentally, and physically—and step into a lighter, more aligned version of yourself.
We begin with a 15-minute guided breathwork session led by Guy Douglas. This active breathing technique helps you unlock hidden tension, surface unprocessed emotions, and clear the path for change. As the energy builds, we invite a moment of full release—a single, cathartic scream, supported by the powerful strike of the gong. This is a space to exhale what no longer serves you.
Then, settle into stillness. You'll be guided into a rich, immersive sound bath with instruments including:
A 38" Paiste gong tuned to the frequency of the Sun
Crystal singing bowls tuned to the seven chakras
Tibetan bowls, Native American flute, vibraphone, monochord, and more
