You'll learn how to

Structure a Sound Bath

Instrument set up? Check. Sequencing and transitions? Check.

We'll share our template on how to structure a sound bath from start to finish — and bring people into a deep state.

Reverb, Delay and Amplification

Learn how to set up a PA system, use a mixer and position your mics so that you don't get feedback.

Play & Sing The Gong

We're going to show you 'the singing of the gong'– an advanced technique– as well as how to play softly.

We will have 5 gongs that you can practice on!

Sound Bath Collaboration

We'll show you our communication techniques and the instruments that flow best together. You'll work with your fellow students and experience the bliss of sharing sound.

Practice with all the Instruments

You'll get to practice on the crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, monolina, Native American Flute, vibraphone, ocean drums, koshi chimes, tuning forks and so much more— we'll show you how to play all of these!

To do a 1:1 sound healing session

Discover how to do a session with someone by placing Tibetan bowls on and around their body, or covering them with a monolina. This is very fun to experience as well!

WELCOME

Our In-Person Sound Bath Training is happening at a beautiful location in Oakland, CA.

This retreat takes place in a mid-century modern, gorgeous home surrounded by redwoods. It's the perfect place for us to dive deeper into harmony!

SCHEDULE

Breakfast at 9:30 am

A sound bath at 10 am

Training till 5 or 6pm

...with a break for lunch.

We'll provide a delicious breakfast and lunch, as well as snacks.
