PLAN YOUR VISIT

About this gathering

The evening

Lay down, let your nervous system relax, and let your mind travel far beyond. Walk away with a deep feeling of spaciousness.

Tickets go up on Wednesday, September 23. This is an extremely intimate gathering. We can only host 100 people per show, so we are offering two: one at 6PM and one at 8PM.

The World Forestry Center's Discovery Museum sits inside a dramatic timber building in Portland's forested Washington Park, where the architecture itself puts you in conversation with trees. Museum admission is included with your ticket, so come early and wander the exhibits before you lie down.

At the World Forestry Center Discovery Museum

Washington Park parking is paid and fills up quickly, so the Washington Park MAX station and park shuttle are often the easier way in.

Arrive at 5:30PM to explore the exhibits. Lay down for the sound bath at 6PM. (Second show: arrive at 7:30PM, lay down at 8PM.)

Guests are encouraged to wear warm and comfortable clothing. Bring a bottle of water because that's always a good idea.

We recommend that you bring:

  • a yoga mat
  • a blanket
  • optionally a pillow for added comfort

The more comfortable you are, the deeper the experience. Create a little 'nest' to bring you deeper on your journey.
